Starts 4th October online or 7th October in person

You were used to doing things properly.
You were capable, organised and on top of things.
You had high standards.

And then you became a mom...

Suddenly, life is unpredictable. Plans get disrupted. The house never stays tidy.
There are a million things to remember and, despite doing your absolute best, you still feel like you're falling short.

So you try harder.

You try to keep everything under control. You put pressure on yourself to get it right.
And when you don't? You're often much harder on yourself than you'd ever be on anyone else.

What if you could stop trying to make everything perfect?

Brave Circle: Good Enough is a small, intimate group coaching experience for just 4 moms who are ready to understand their perfectionism, loosen its grip and learn to be kinder to themselves.

Because your attention to detail can be a gift and your conscientiousness can be a strength.

But when everything has to be done perfectly, those strengths can start making motherhood harder than it needs to be.

Together, we'll explore where your perfectionism comes from, how it's showing up in your life and what you can start doing differently.

And we'll practise a new idea:

Good enough really can be good enough.

Four moms per circle. Four weeks. One focus.

WEEK ONE - NOTICE

How does perfectionism show up for me?
We'll create awareness of your current thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

WEEK TWO - UNDERSTAND

Where does it come from?
We'll unpack the patterns and beliefs behind perfectionism.

WEEK THREE - SHIFT

How can I start doing things differently?
We'll explore practical ways to challenge unrealistic expectations and surrender control.

WEEK FOUR - KEEP GOING

How do I make this a lasting shift?
We'll reflect on what will help you keep practising, and we'll celebrate your progress.

Please note: This is group coaching

This isn't a course where I'll talk at you for 90 minutes or a mom meet up where we swap parenting tips.

It's a small, facilitated coaching space where you get to talk, be heard, explore what's going on beneath the surface and feel supported to start making changes.

There are only four women in the Circle, so everyone gets the opportunity to share in every session.

You'll also get to learn from other moms who understand what it's like to navigate motherhood while trying to let go of the standards you've always held yourself to.

TESTIMONIAL

"There were many new insights I had never considered before, which helped shift so much and offered new perspectives. The tools provided were simple and easy to implement and have already helped me in so many ways. Initially I wasn't sure about being part of a group, but I received so many insights from what others shared, learnt so much from them too, and really enjoyed the support and love throughout."

Kirsty Melmed

Reparenting Coach · Transactional Analysis Specialist · Founder of Brave Mamas

Kirsty has 11 years of coaching experience, with the last 4 years focused specifically on new mothers. She is a specialist in Transactional Analysis (one of the most practical and accessible frameworks for understanding the inner patterns we all carry) and is a mother herself of a sensitive and feisty 5 year old.

She's also a recovering perfectionist, so she knows first hand what it's like to have high standards, want to get things right and struggle to let go when life doesn't go according to plan. Through her own lived experience, and the tools and knowledge she's gained through her work, she's learned that letting go of perfection doesn't mean letting go of caring.

This space is honest, kind and never judgemental. You can explore what's really going on without feeling like you need to get it right.

Four women. Four weeks. One opportunity to stop trying to do motherhood perfectly.

Maybe it's time to let "good enough" be enough.

TESTIMONIAL

"To be part of such a supportive, non-judgmental, caring and inclusive space has been incredible. Kirsty’s kindness and compassion has been such an encouragement, a reassurance, a sense of being understood, held and supported. I’ve learnt so many things about raising my baby, but also about myself as a mom."
